Cozy Cottage in Skagastrond, North West, Iceland. There are two Cottages, Cottage 1 and 2. The Cottage has one Bedroom with double bed, Living room with Sofa bed for two and loft with mattress for four. Bathroom with shower. Skagastrond is a small village in a beautiful peaceful area. From the Cottage is a view over the Village and up to the mountains. Take a walk and enjoy the clean air, the peace and quiet surroundings. The nature on your doorstep. You can walk at the sea shore, watch Seals, and listen to the birds or take a walk on the Cliff/Rock Spakonufellshofdi behind the Cottage and have a beautiful view ower the bay Hunafloi, or you can walk to the top of the Mountain Spakonufellsborg. The view is amazing. In the Village Skagastrond, is a Cafe (open in the summertime), Store with food and most things you need, Kiosk with Grill, Restaurant Kantrybaer with bar, Golf, Swimming pool (open in the summertime), Art gallery - Exhibition and much more. There is a bus every day from the Capital Reykjavik to Blonduos and from Blonduos to Skagastrond with private car. From Skagastrond you can go to other Villages in the North or to the beautiful town Akureyri. In the Wintertime you can go Skiing in the mountain Tindastoll. We also offer private apartment for 4 and room for 2 in Hafnarfjordur, Reykjavik area 12 km from Reykjavik the Capital. Hafnarfjordur is between Keflavik airport and Reykjavik the Capital.
