Harbour Sup n Sail offers Stand up Paddle boarding (SUP) Tuition ,Hire and Custom tours we have two dedicated bases at Enniscrone Pier Co Sligo and the Quay Ballina Co Mayo both offer a full range range of boards and paddles to suit all abilities ,approved buoyancy aids and wetsuits where required .All of our instructors are ASI / ISA qualified and hold first aid and rescue qualifications
