It is also renowned for its breeding of the world famous Connemara Pony which can be seen in fields towards the Smokehouse. This area contains some of the most tranquil, unspoilt and rugged landscapes with beautiful clear water and sandy beaches. We welcome Groups by appointment only for a Smokehouse Experience. We are sure you will then want to buy some products to take home, or to eat while you are here on holiday or to send to friends and family as a gift. It is fun, educational, and delicious.
