Our philosophy of cooking is using the best of local and organic produce and allowing the food to speak for itself. Our Ros Liath restaurant is open for dinner each evening serving the best of fresh local Seafood, Connemara lamb, succulent Irish Beef and local organic Fruit & Vegetables. The Ros Liath is also open for cooked to order Breakfast every morning from 8am to 10am or if you prefer a lighter choice we also serve a continental Breakfast.
