Cafe Depeche
About
Cafe Depeche espresso bar was established in Cork in 2003, long before the coffee boom hit Cork. It is a independent family run, Cork owned business, which also employs many local Cork staff, Our mission from the outset was to establish a cafe that would set the trends rather than follow them. A business that would source the finest and best ingredients and products, that our customers deserved. Since our beginning's we have set many standards and first's that have now become the norm, in the cafe culture in Cork. I am also fully aware that Cafe Depeche has one of the largest selection of hot & cold drinks and cafe food selections in Cork. Cafe Depeche at Lancaster quay, is a cosy intimate cafe, with approximately 25 seats, we were the first cafe in Cork to locate its espresso machine on its front counter and also to offer customers seating at the counter, in order to maximise the customer service that we can offer our customers. Cafe Depeche has no power to introduce any more seats and have no control on the size of commercial units in Cork. We do have a 10 seater table that we offer to those in groups over six, if available. Many of our customers reserve this table for meetings, gathering etc in advance and at Cafe Depeche we will always do our best to accommodate all our customers and their needs, where ever possible. Cafe Depeche takes extreme pride in its products. Our 'basic coffee' you refer to is a dark roasted espresso bean, which is a unique blend to Cafe Depeche.
