We create authentic pizza from the finest quality ingredients, with a distinctive wood-fired flavour. Our pizzas have a unique thin base, made from a combination of the finest Italian type-00 and four we mill in-house from Irish-grown heritage grain. We prepare all our sauces in-house and make our own soy-based vegan cheese to give customers a dairy-free option. Our suppliers include Toons Bridge Dairy, Gubbeen Smokehouse, O'Flynn's Gourmet Sausages, Kells Wholemeal and The Real Olive Company. Select from our extensive pizza menu or create your own combination from a wide range of meat, cheese, and vegetable toppings.
