This newly refurbished farmhouse is located in a quiet location 1.5 miles from Ventry village and 3 miles from Dingle in the West Kerry Gaeltacht (Irish Speaking Area). The house has 3 En-suite double bedrooms upstairs and a twin bedroom downstairs (not en-suite) although there is a downstairs toilet and shower. It has a fully equipped kitchen with Dishwasher & Microwave plus a sitting room with solid fuel stove, TV and DVD. There is also a utility room which has a washing machine and dryer. The house has oil-fired central heating. There is ample parking and a large garden. Wi Fi can be provided but the offering is via local mobile providers and would be subject to any of their service issues. We provide an initial data package (currently 2GB) but anything beyond this would be chargeable. Most people have found this adequate for their needs.
