Aircoach
About
Aircoach is Ireland’s leading inter‑city coach network, originating in 1999 as a subsidiary of FirstGroup. From its base in Dublin, the company operates express services between Dublin Airport and key destinations such as Cork, Belfast, Derry, and the South Dublin suburbs of Leopardstown, Killiney and Greystones. With a rolling stock of 34 Plaxton‑Panther bodied Volvo B11R coaches and newer models, Aircoach offers spacious, Wi‑Fi‑equipped seats and charging points, making every journey comfortable. In addition to scheduled routes, Aircoach runs shuttle and staff services around Dublin Airport and holds exclusive contracts with sports teams, including the Leinster Rugby side and the Football Association of Ireland. The company expanded its network in 2022 by acquiring the Derry‑based Airporter, and in early 2023 it extended service to Belfast International Airport. Known for its reliability and affordability, Aircoach has been awarded multiple industry accolades, such as the Overall Logistics and Transport Excellence Award (2011) and Irish Inter‑City coach operator of the year (2014).
