Cafe Rubis is located on Parliament Street , Dublin 2 and offers a glamorous, vintage-styled setting that will please both coffee and wine lovers alike , the interiors are intimate and sophisticated, a collage of dark woods and red velvest as well as distinctively continental vibes makes it a lovely addition to the historic quarter of the city. Café Rubis’ wine list offers an appealing combination of wines, focusing on French, Italian and Spanish, but with a handful of New World treats that add to its variety. It also features a small selection of sweet wines and Sherry by the glass, for those wishing to try something a little bit different. To accompany the vinous enjoyment, we also serve cheese , meat boards , taps , home made pizza and other nibbles that are ideal along with a glass.
