Kaldero is a dynamic Asian eatery in Dublin, dedicated to bringing together the culinary expertise of three renowned Chefs - Alfred Pasad, Daren Liew and Richie ‘Riggz’ Castillo. With a menu designed for sharing, Kaldero invites guests to explore a vibrant array of dishes that reflect the Chefs’ collective experiences and passion for Asian cooking. The ambiance is modern yet inviting, creating an upscale dining experience with a casual twist. We want our guests to do two things, taste incredible food and drinks and secondly have fun. Kaldero aims to be a cultural hub, showcasing the richness of Asian culinary traditions, while resonating with Dublin’s diverse community.
