My Streets empowers people affected by homelessness to provide unique walking tours of 'their' city. The programme was established in 2014 as a means of providing real, accessible opportunities for paid employment and education to people who are homeless in the tourism sector. To date we have empowered 51 guides and delivered unforgettable social histories to 11,000 customers.
