The Straffan Inn is a local pub and a real gem in the heart of Straffan. Originally built in 1820 as a Garrison to the British troops, the building was later transformed into a police station for the Straffan community. The Straffan Inn was then converted to a public house in 1920 and run as a family-owned pub while also doubling as a house. May 2016 saw The K Club take over the reins just before hosting the Dubai Duty Free Irish Open and quickly transforming it into a busy local meeting place for locals, golfers & hotel guests. Serving beers and delicious pizza's the Straffan Inn is a great place to relax and experience a real Irish pub.
