The Ivy also provides specially created menus to cater for all dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan and lactose free options. The menus are strongly influenced by Head Chef Ian Daly's passion for using Ireland's seasonal and world-class ingredients Join us & indulge in our Pan fried lemon sole, complimented by sautéed potatoes, confit cherry tomatoes, apricot & mung bean salsa or our 8oz Fillet of beef, served with sweet potato & courgette rosti, mushroom and tomato duxelles, red berry jus.
