Welcome to Trocadero Dublin. As Maitre’d I am delighted to be part of the proud tradition of this famous Dublin restaurant. We hope that your visit will be enjoyable and that we will see you many times in the near future. Robert joined Trocadero Dublin in 1985. He initially started out in the kitchen but the lure of life on the other side of the double doors proved irresistible. He moved front of house in 1987 and has been a firm favourite with our guests ever since. Now Maitre’d and partner Robert runs the show with charm and finesse.
