With an awe-inspiring view from every window, you will feel all your cares melt away. We are located just over an hour’s drive from Dublin, Belfast or the midlands & only a stone’s throw from the medieval village of Carlingford. Reach us easily by car, bus, train or plane. Join us for a day, a weekend or a long weekend retreat. Let us look after your every need so that you can devote yourself fully to deepening your yoga practice, enjoying the stunning surroundings, relaxing and rejuvenating. We are celebrated for our fresh homemade & tasty vegetarian & vegan food, our warm hospitality & top class yoga tuition, suitable for all levels.
