Jocelyn Bistro was inspired by a labour of love to find the best possible produce county Louth and the surrounding areas has to offer. After years of dreaming, planning, tasting and touring, we’re so happy to have arrived at our destination in one of the most hospitable towns on the Emerald Isle of Ireland .Our menu revolves around utilising the best local ingredients – whether it be beef from small Irish community farmers, dry-aged and simply grilled over charcoal, sustainable seafood from our local coastline, seasonal fruit and vegetables.Our home set in a Grade II listed 18th century Georgian House boasting a truly unique style, our building offers an eye catching distinctive look.
