Indulge in a tasting of Burren Smoked Irish Organic Salmon, made right here at the smokery. Feel the connection to the sea and history as you explore the beautiful mosaics inside and outside the Smokehouse, each telling a part of the legendary Salmon of Knowledge tale. In the interactive "Taste the Atlantic - Salmon Experience" next door, follow the Irish Salmon through history: watch a shadow play and real TV newsreels, solve puzzles and quizzes. And of course taste our salmon!
