"Pasta Factory" - Our quaint restaurant in the heart of Galway is a place where we produce, cook and serve our own fresh pasta every day. Our fresh pasta is served with different, aromatic sauces, and every week we have a new menu, using only fresh and seasonal ingredients from our own local producers and from Italy. We are the first restaurant in Galway where food is served on edible plates - made from wheat bran, the plates are 100% natural, no chemicals, fully compostable within 30 days and safe for children. It's our choice to be eco-friendly. Pasta Factory is designed to be accessible and affordable, a neighbourhood restaurant where everyone is welcome and feels comfortable. In our restaurant we focus on exceptional food, good company and a great atmosphere.
