For 148 years, House of Hilliard traded as a landmark department store and was home to the finest handcrafted goods, from drapery and footwear to haberdashery and everything in between. A veritable Killarney landmark, Hilliard’s today evokes an ambience of old school hospitality wrapped in warmth, an emporium of delicious experiences where you will be spoiled for choice and well looked after. The team at Hilliard’s looks forward to welcoming you to Killarney's newest restaurant, reminiscent of old school glamour with a genuine sense of fun. Hilliard’s extensive cocktail and spirits menu pays homage to the various different departments of the landmark store and the masterful craftsmanship it was renowned for. Our unique menu is directed by the multi award winning and masterful Ariel Sanecki. Our passionate and skilled kitchen team led by Head Chef Rory Gabriel and Executive Chef of the Sheahan Group Diarmuid Murphy have developed a menu of tempting small plates and signature mains, with a focus on sourcing the best of local and seasonal ingredients. The restaurant is informal and atmospheric with Live Music and Piano regularly.
