You can find us at our popular sandwich stall @ limerick milk market every saturday from 8am - 3pm and @ castletroy farmers market every Friday from 10am- 3.30pm Try out famous smoked chicken ciabatta with roast pepper salsa and spicey mayo , pulled traditional ham ciabatta with all the trimmings. Irish grilled halloumi and hummus wrap with homemade crunchy slaw , lightly pickled cucumber and a drizzle of fresh basil pesto. Or our super salad options , fresh leaves, pickled red onion , slaw, hummus, peppers , olives and jalapenos ,drizzle of aged balsamic from modena , pesto drizzle and hummus.
