Back in October 2014, Patrick and Cornelia Vicaire had an idea for Bobs Bar & Restaurant to be a restaurant in Kanturk, Cork that was more than a place that served great food. Patrick and Cornelia wanted to give locals a place where they could escape from the stresses of everyday life, a place to eat, drink and relax. Bobs Bar & Restaurant is a family run restaurant where people can get fine dining in Kanturk, Cork at reasonable prices. This is somewhere that offers the option of casual or formal dining, a function room for larger parties, and an intimate bar for just a quiet drink. Offering a wide selection of wines, beers and whiskeys, homemade desserts and an extensive and varied menu, it caters for all. With live music on most Saturday evenings, and special menu offers midweek, this is somewhere that ticks all the boxes.
