We are based on the outskirts of award winning village of Abbeyshrule, and a short drive to Ballymahon Town. Abbeyview House is a period property which was built in the mid 1800's and was later used as a Garda Barracks but is now a family home on a small working farm of cattle ,sheep, horses and hens . It has been restored to a high level of comfort and contains all modern conveniences but has retained its many original features. We have 3 Bedrooms which include 2 family rooms and 1 double room, accommodating a total of 9 adults. We are within a 2 minute walk to the Royal Canal Greenway and a 5 minute walk to Abbeyshrule Airfield. We also have the beautiful Newcastle Forest on our doorstep. We work with Midland Cycle Hub and you can collect or drop off your hired bicycle at Abbeyview House.
