We are a traditional Irish and family run business serving real American BBQ food in our Pitmasters Smoke House, all our meat is smoked for a minimum of 8 hours in the custom build American smoker, we specialize in Ribs and Brisket and all served with our famous BBQ sauce. We source all our ingredients locally, especially our meat, supplied to us by Keegan's Butcher and Licence Abattoir in Mountrath, Co Loais. All his meat is Organic Irish Farm reared and fully traceable, all adding to the flavor in our smoking technique.
