We are delighted to have restored and reopened this historic venue, the original home of Tullamore Dew Irish whiskey which dates all the way back to 1829. The venue now comprises two floors, with a stylish & industrial bar on the ground floor, and a beautifully designed restaurant located upstairs. Our kitchen team has carefully curated an extensive lunch, brunch, and evening menu, using only the freshest ingredients, that will satisfy even the most picky of eaters. Enjoy a mix of modern European cuisine, popular classics, delightful vegetarian and vegan dishes, in relaxed and contemporary surroundings. Our cocktails are carefully crafted by our expert bartenders and paired to perfection with our delicious dishes. Take a visit to the Copper Still Café, named for the three large copper stills dramatically positioned on the interior stone wall, which offers coffee and snacks in both its interior and exterior spaces.
