Stable Diet is a privately owned Irish food company renowned in the Irish market for their tasty, wholesome wheat free products that include award winning Granola toasted breakfast cereal, porridge and flapjacks. The company philosophy has always been that nature knows best. All food products are based on traditional recipes using natural ingredients and the company prides itself on a reputation for quality and authenticity. True to our philosophy that nature knows best, our products are baked using only the finest natural ingredients and without any additives or preservatives. Our products are handmade in our production unit based on our 18th Century farm in Wexford and have been in business since 1995 when Katherine sold her first carrot cake to the local Health Food Store. Our flapjacks were our first oats product. Wheat- free, they proved so successful we introduced our award winning Granola - Toasted Breakfast Cereals; A heart-healthy blend of toasted oats, nut and seeds, also available with fruit. If you enjoy a hot breakfast you will love our Yola Porridge, packed with nuts and seeds. What could be healthier!
