Set in peaceful surroundings, but just a few minutes walk from Port Erin, its beach and general amenities the apartment is located right next to the 1st Fairway of the Rowany Golf Course making it an ideal choice for golfers. The apartment comprises a double bedroom with comfortable king size bed, a twin bedroom, modern bathroom and open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The Isle of Man Steam Railway runs from Port Erin via Castletown to Douglas and there is also a regular bus service which travels via the airport every 20 minutes at peak times.
