Try to immagine this stunning picture ! The villa is totally built in lava stone. She spreads on 2 levels brights,spacious and cozy. On the first level we can find: the saloon, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, the pantry, a library and a bedroom with two single beds (one of which is very large). On the second level we have 2 suites with ensuite bathrooms. The interior is tastefully funished how you can see from the pictures. The exterior of the villa is enchanting, with an amazing panorama. There are a lot of relaxing corners among which: the pool between the impressive lava stone facade of the villa and the view of the Mediterranean sea; the BBQ area with the typical Sicilian stone oven (ideal for pizza); many relaxing lounges … Everything fully immersed in a typical Etna’s park (oaks, chestnuts, oriental hackberry (Minicucco in Sicilian) …). The little village of Presa is almost 1 km away. The electricity is included up to a consumption of 150 kWh per week. Beyond that limit it will have a cost of € 0,36 per kWh.
