Villa Sara is a panoramic apartment that is spread over two floors in a villa with garden, 2 minutes from the beautiful beach of Porto Empedocles and just minutes from beautiful beaches and archaeological sites. In the stillness of a neighborhood of private homes, Villa Sara is the ideal place to spend a peaceful holiday. Villa Sara is one of three facilities selected as TopBnB in the province of Agrigento.It also comes with a separate entrance, the apartment is structured as follows: delicious garden with gazebo, table and chairs, outside shower among the lemon trees, barbecue, clothes rack, 2 bikes. Ground floor: kitchen, living room, available tablecloths, crockery and kitchen utensils, table with 4 chairs (others on request), a 2 seater sofa, bench, TV, heating and a ceiling fan in the ceiling. The cupboard / dressing room is equipped with iron and ironing board and cleaning utensils. Upstairs, all with wooden roofs and parquettato: 3 elegant bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, the other two with 1 large shared bathroom, equipped with a water heater, shower, hair dryer and washing machine. All windows with mosquito nets and all rooms with air conditioning. There is a cot, high chair, stroller and playpen.
