The pasticceria Mattina was founded in 1977 by a family tradition in the heart of a small village Racalmuto province of Agrigento that gave birth to the writer Leonardo Sciascia. From the beginning the seriousness and working tenacity of the company, accompanied by the choice of quality products have enabled the pasticceria Mattina to establish itself in the Sicilian territory becoming a guarantee and a symbol of the tradition of the most sought after and renowned confectionery art. The company is now in its third generation is led by founder Mattina Carmelo by his wife Giuseppina and his sons Vincenzo and Salvatore emerge as a popular manufacturer in Sicily.
