Josetta Saffirio winery is producing wine for over two hundred years, in Monforte d'Alba, in the heart of Langhe. Saffirio Cellar is a family business. Sara, daughter of Josetta, cultivated vineyards with love and passion, tying the tradition inherited from grandparents to modern cultivation techniques and cellar, sustainability and environmental friendlines.Everything is oriented with a view to reducing carbon footprint, in order to bequeath to their children a healthy earth and generous, capable of producing one of the largest and most famous wines in the world, like Barolo. Aware of the wonders that surround us, Sara welcomes guests involving them in activities that go beyond simply tasting. The visit in the company becomes an immersive experience, where visitors become the protagonists to live an emotion destined to leave their mark. Besides the possibility to choose between different packages we offer, the winery is available to study private events based on the needs of each.
