Welcome to Cascia Giuli, Our lovingly restored Italian farmhouse is nestled between castle topped hills of the Langhe and the beautiful ancient city of Alba. There is so much to see, taste, experience and love here in our little corner of the world. Our location makes us a perfect choice if you desire to experience all the Langhe has to offer, while being only five minutes from Alba. NAVIGATION: There are three bus lines in Alba, one of which is located at the end of our drive (300 meters), this bus will also take you directly to the train station in downtown Alba. In short it is very easy to organize and navigate your vacation from our location! :) OUR GROUNDS: Our grounds are green and surrounded by our lovely little garden. When in season, we are often in abundance with fresh cherries, peaches, plums, apricots, apples, figs, pears, grapes, hazelnuts, walnuts, acorns, raspberries, blackberries, (*deep breath) large old Rosemary bushes, lavender, different types of sage, mint, rucula, oregano, capers, purslane, fragrant thyme and so many others tucked in between the old roses and green shrubbery. ROOMS & OTHER: Our rooms are spacious, comfortable and we take great care in our cleanliness. We do not accept pets, and all our rooms and the building itself is smoke free, however there are many balconies and seating outside, we invite you to enjoy our grounds during your stay. Rooms are equipped with mini fridge, flat screen TV's, cable/satellite and free Wi-Fi. Check out is 10:00am check-in 2:00-6:00pm. We have free parking (some coverd). Our property is gated, upon check-in you will be given a remote attached to your room keys to enter and exit at your leisure.
