With its simple, homemade cuisine inspired from the tastes and flavours of the past, the PINKY BAR & RESTAURANT is an ideal solution for those people who have little time for lunch or who are passing through, but who don’t want to renounce a good, genuine, fresh meal. Our friendly yet professional staff, coordinated by the owner and chef Pasquale ("Lino") and by the head waiter Massimo ("Mappo"), will be happy to serve you. The air-conditioned room offers approx. 60-70 seats and provides an enjoyable atmosphere, deriving from the attention to detail, the quality of the service offered, a good quality/price ratio and, most of all, from the attention given to customers. The decor recalls an inn: wooden tables and simple table cloths; portions are generous and prices range from € 12.00 to € 15.00. On fine days you can also eat outside in our garden. Our Bar opens daily at 06:00 a.m. with sweet and savoury breakfasts, freshly baked croissants, delicious homemade pies, sandwiches, wraps, Bruschette and stuffed focaccia. From 11:45 a.m. the PINKY BAR & RESTAURANT awaits you with "The workers’ lunch" where you can enjoy € 12.00 fixed-price menus prepared by Lino and a wide range of appetizers, first courses and salads. Mappo will welcome you with his professionalism and kindness, but with an informal spirit, bringing our chef’s creations to your table. Starting from 6:00 p.m. the kitchen reopens with "PINKY’S DINNER": First course / second course, water and coffee € 11.00 per person. Every Thursday you can taste our famous "Paella Valenciana", both at lunch and dinner.
