Cooking Piemonte is a cooking school for lovers of good food and good wine in a relaxed family setting. In an old house over 130 years old, a large kitchen has been turned into a classroom where everyone can really get hands-on. Together we cook the best traditional dishes, from apetizers, first courses (strictly egg pasta), to dessert. The wine that I propose is of my own selection: bubbles for aperitifs, white and red for the meal. My wonderful (and funny) animals complete the picture of my reality where I am happy to welcome you.
