Hi, we are Cinzia and Alessandro, we have combined our passion of food with studying the l’Arte Bianca di Neive. We have opened our Laboratorio Artigianale of Pasticceria Dolce e Salata (Traditional Laboratory of Sweet and Savory Pastry). We use only high-quality ingredients such as Flour Bio, Hazelnuts IGP Piedmont of Alta Langa, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and other fresh ingredients from local producers. Our sweet specialties include Hazelnuts Cake 100% without flours and preservatives, Chestnut Cake 100% without flours and preservatives, Baci di Dama (chocolate kisses), Brutti e Buoni (ugly and good), Meliga, Emmer biscuits, Birthday cakes, and much more! For our savory pastries, we have Homemade Grissini, Hazelnuts Grissini and Emmer Grissini, Emmer bread with sourdough and much more! We also do small Catering. We mostly work on orders. We absolutely do not use any preservatives. All our products are traditional homemade, from the transformation of the raw ingredient to the packaging.
