All the dishes and drinks recommended at Angimbe Relais are the result of a passionate selection of products and recipes of ancient Sicilian tradition, especially the Trapani area one, focused on care, respect, protection and promotion of Sicilian biodiversity, its majestic Identity and the treatise of seasonality and the precious dictates of the Style of Life of which the most authentic Mediterranean Diet - UNESCO Patronage is made since 2010. All food and beverage services offered at Angimbe Relais are made by partnership with the "Frumen Siciliae" Association, which gathers about 450 Sicilian producers, with a careful selection of the BIO, DOP, DOC, DOCG matrices, traceability certifications, safeguarding the custodian realities of Sicilian biodiversity, covering the whole eno-agro-zoo production and also "sea" one.
