In a wonderful setting where the perfume of waves and the flavors of our earth combines in a perfect harmony, you can taste our traditional Mediterranean cuisine. Inspired by Sicilian tradition and by an accurate selection of local products, we realized our menu, from which, among our main dishes you can taste: some homemade fresh pasta; Nubia's garlic; Pantelleria's capers; olive oil produced in Alcamo; Favignana's fish eggs; traditional seafood from Golfo di Castellammare; everything properly seasoned with the special Saline di Trapani's salt.
