B&B Pervinca is a wonderful place for families or groups of friends. It has 2 double bedrooms, a full-equipped kitchen, a reading room with TV, phone and internet connection, two bathrooms with shower and a little fitness room with sauna, all located at the ground floor of the house (about 80 mq/ 850 sq.ft).The house is located inside a large fenced yard where children can play safely and parents can relax in the shade of beautiful large trees. Lunch and dinner can be prepared outside, using the BBQ and firewood oven. You can enjoy the outdoors and taste the steaks cooked on an open fire or the pizzas baked in the firewood oven.For those who prefer an active holiday, they can choose between the equipment of a small gym or a mountain bike ride through the various country runs and, why not end the day with a relaxing sauna!!!!The roomsSPIRIT-ROOM: The Spirit Room is a warm and cozy room, with a rich beer collection. A fireplace makes the environment more cozy in the cool autumn or cold winter evenings. You can spend a nice relaxing time reading a book or sipping a good glass of wine. LAPPISH-ROOM: The lappish style room has wrought iron and antique furniture. It does not have shutters, just heavy curtains at the windows, so if you want, you can let the light come in and wake you up tenderly at dawn.This room is always cool, even in the middle of the summer when the sun is very hot, thanks to its 80 cm (more than 30 inches) thick stone walls. A caracteristic lappish skin hangs over the queen-bed.Activities.Horseback riding: Horseback riding is available a few minutes from B-B Pervinca, in San Giacomo(a small village under the municipality of Rocca Grimalda, AL).Swimming: 3 km /2 miles from the B&B is Lavagello's Park, with a toboggan slide and children’s area, as well as the water park of Lerma.Thermal baths: The Thermal Baths of Acqui are located approximately 17 km from the B&B. There you can find a modern well-being centre, where the beautiful location and the experienced staff can make unforgettable even the shortest holiday.Golf: For those who dream of vast lawns where they can play golf, this territory has several greens, like Villa Carolina and Bollina.Sport: at Rocca Grimalda there are some open, dedicated fields.
