La Raia is a biodynamic estate Demeter certified since 2007, set in the gentle hills of Piedmont Gavi's region and is a unique ecosystem. It consists of 180 hectares of biodynamic vineyards, cereal fields, Fassone cows breading farm, chestnut and acacia woodland. In this exclusive ecosystem a special production of organic honeys. In our winery, built by Martin Rauch with the ancient rammed earth thecnique, we produce three types of Gavi D.O.C.G. and two types of Barbera D.O.C. La Raia is also the seat of Fondazione La Raia - arte cultura e territorio, which houses permanent site- specific artworks of Francesco Jodice, Remo Salvadori, the Korean artist Koo Jeong A, Michael Beutler, Adrien Missika, besides a series of events devoted to the great topic of the landscape.
