Villa Contessa Chiara is located in Fontanile, in Piedmont, in the beautiful countryside of Monferrato, an area rich in old borghi and castles which, between one hill and another, dominate extensive vineyards where fine wines are produced, thanks to the nourishment of a generous land, also a treasure trove of highly-scented “diamonds”: truffles. The large, two-floor plastered villa of 700 sq m is embellished by the three patios where the elements of the brick columns, that support the beautiful sloping roofing with exposed tiles, stand out. In harmony with the warm colours of the terrain and landscape of the territory of Monferrato, the wood and terracotta characterise the interior furnishings of the villa where the prevailing classic-style accessories blend perfectly with the more modern elements of design, offering guests a high standard of aesthetics and comfort for a memorable vacation. From the large windows of the living rooms and bedrooms, the enchanting views of the hills, vineyards and the park itself refresh the spirit and complete the furnishings of the villa with the true artwork designed by Mother Nature. In the luxuriant 1-hectare park surrounding the villa is the Club House adjacent to the large swimming pool and the regulation-size, synthetic grass tennis court which can be transformed into a five-a-side football pitch. A real corner of paradise for those who dream of a holiday dedicated to games, sports and fun in the open air, with all facilities at their disposal, and then ending up the day's activities with a relaxing sauna before having a festive barbecue in the large patio of the Club House. Interior: The main entrance leads to a large living room, with fireplace, from the centre of which two steps lead to the dining room connected on one side to the kitchen with the fireplace (usable) and to the other side to the reading room. In the living room, near the fireplace (usable), is a door leading to the sleeping area composed of a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi and two doubles sharing a bathroom with shower. A guest bathroom completes the sleeping area which, at the end of the corridor, has an independent entrance from the park. On either side of the living room, two staircases wind symmetrically up to the first floor with a large sitting room with fireplace (usable) and an area used as a study, beyond which you come to a twin bedroom with 2 queen size beds, a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi. Going back through the study and sitting room, a corridor with built-in wardrobes leads to the sleeping area with a single bederoom with en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi, a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, and finally a double bebdroom and a twin bedroom (with joinable beds) sharing a bathroom with shower. At the end of the corridor is an enchanting internal balcony, overlooking the large living room below, and from which one of the two identical and symmetrical staircases leads back down to the living room on the ground floor.
