Mari e Monti... sea and mountains.. as the words say.. fresh fish and selected high quality meat.. our target is to serve delcious dishes. Our cooking style is the Roman traditional, Amatrician and italian. We think that the location is important like the quality of our food. Before 2016 earthquakes our restourant was placed in one of the most important building in Amatrice: the wondeful Renaissance "Palazzo Paolini" palace now completly destroyed Now we are in the wonderful Food Area “Area del gusto, della tradizione e della solidarietà” designed by the famous international archistar Stefano Boeri between the beautiful "Lagas Mountains" scenario. In Amatrice you will enjoy the true tastes of our mountains.. And of the sea! Last but not least we speak Italian, English and Spanish!
