The Farm Trail Tales is located in the province of Ancona , in the municipality of SIROLO , in the green of the Marche countryside , at the foot of the Conero Park , just five minutes from the sea . There are only three kilometers that separate us from the center of Sirolo and Numana , from beautiful beaches and only three hundred meters away is the Conero Golf Club The farm is now divided into three buildings : the first, of about nine hundred square meters, there are the ' caretaker's apartment , five suites of about fifty square meters in a rustic style characterized by two brick walls completely both in the bedroom and in the dining room complete with kitchenette ( gas and mini fridge ) , a large bathroom with a wall tub , toilet , bidet and washbasin set on a large wooden table with a bright mirror that envelops the entire wall , and two spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms, one of which is equipped with facilities for the disabled . It also includes a recreation room of about three hundred and sixty square meters with adjoining kitchen and bathrooms for guests . In the second building there are two apartments of about fifty meters square and one of about sixty square meters , all with large bedroom , large living room with kitchenette and full bathroom for each service. Finally, the last possibility of building with apartments of 55-60 square meters with spacious lounge, bathroom with bath or shower , wc , bidet and washbasin and bright bedroom features a ceiling velux that allows the view of the stars in the clear in the summer evenings . The buildings are decorated with a central avenue lined with tuff bricks that create stairs and benches to sit and enjoy the country air .
