B&B Antico Pomerio

Antico Pomerio B&B is located precisely near the ancient Pomerio, a place held sacred by the Romans, in which he was prohibited cultivation and the construction of buildings and represents an imaginary line which marks the north-eastern route of the ancient Roman Osimo's walls. Located in front of the building was the Roman gate that connected the two parts of the walls, formed of blocks of sandstone. This port is called, in the tradition Osimani, "Portarella" and represented, in the past, the way out of Osimo towards the port of Ancona and Numana. The B & B is then set in the historic center of Osimo, in one of the historic buildings that characterize the streets of the city, in an area full of monuments and places in which to enjoy wonderful views of the hills (second to none in the world) and glimpses of ancient and historic architecture. The recent renovation of the apartment, was built in the desire to combine comfort with its historic nature, seeking a harmony that is felt at the first cross his threshold.
