The "Giardino" restaurant opens its doors in 1970 in the ancient eighteenth-century palace of the Ferretti Malatesta Counts. The name comes from its location which in the past was that of the gardens of the noble owners' estate. Over time there have been several managements that have made renovations to the place up to the most recent one which sees the creation of a veranda and a garden which in the summer season allows you to enjoy the beautiful days. Rossi Dalmazio and Ambrosio Antonio, current managers, in 1995 contributed to raising the quality of the place by proposing a cuisine that combines traditional Marche dishes with international and innovative dishes together with pizza which in the evening enriches the already varied menu of the restaurant. Stoccafisso all'Anconetana prepared according to the recipe of the Accademia dello Stockfish, is one of the dishes that most characterizes the place.
