We were born in 1989 in Terlizzi, from an idea of Gianni Dello Russo, butcher and cornerstone of the business who was immediately able to combine tradition and research. We live our work with strong passion and we want to give it back to those who cross the doors of our premises, both in the morning in the butcher's and in the evening in the steakhouse. “Da Gianni” is history, avant-garde and dedication.
