The house is located in Località Alverà, in a high and very scenic area of Cortina d'Ampezzo. A few steps from the bus stop and 1 Km from the center of Cortina. The apartment is perfect for a family holiday or for a group of friends looking for comfort and space in one of the most beautiful and scenic areas of Cortina d'Ampezzo. The apartment is on the second floor and consists of a large living area with dining table and chairs, a fireplace, two sofas, a bookcase and a LCD TV. Two large windows make the living room extremely bright and welcoming. Proceeding along the corridor you reach the kitchen equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, large fridge and a Nespresso Coffee Machine. Then there is a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine and in the sleeping area three large bedrooms. A room has been recently renovated and is entirely furnished in wood and has a private bathroom with shower, another room has a comfortable double bed and the third one a bedroom with 2 single beds.
