Cesa da fuoch means kitchen in Ladin and here in this open kitchen everything is cooked specifically for you in full view. Many suggestions from the grill, the oven continually produces pizzas and focaccias, as for pasta, the pasta is made in-house and prepared to your taste. The Cesa has become the meeting point for an aperitif, a glass of bubbly, a Pimm’s or a spritzer to go with the many tasty snacks made especially for you. Cesa da Fuoch, located at the middle cable car stop, beside the Sas della Vegla chairlift, is accessible to non-skiers. Thus from the end of January the wonderfully sheltered terraces become a perfect suntrap for those who want to spend a day in the mountains admiring the Dolomites close up.
