Our residence, built in Tyrolean style, is situated in a quiet, sunny location in the centre of San Candido. Come and enjoy the cosy atmosphere in our house and spend the most pleasant days of the year with us in South Tyrol. We are only three minutes' walk from: the pedestrian zone with shops and entertainment facilities, bars and restaurants, the Monte Baranci skiing area ski lift, the Funbob summer tobogganing run, the cross-country ski track, which joins the 200km long Alta Pusteria network of cross-country ski trails, the cycle track to Lienz or Brunico, the Acquafun swimming pool complex, to mention just a few attractions. Our comfortable apartments have spacious rooms and all of them offer a south-facing balcony with a wonderful panoramic view of the Dolomites and our local mountain, the Monte Baranci. In our house you can drink the water straight from the tap. Fresh mountain spring water flows from all the pipes in the house. Both our "young" and "older" guests appreciate our large garden (800m²) with its sunbathing lawn and children's playground. Directly in front of the house there are also our private car park and garage and a ski and cycle store.
