The Sexta Hora restaurant in Sesto - Val Pusteria is small and familial, expertly fusing the traditional with the modern… constantly coming up with new interpretations, yet always with attention to detail and love for South Tyrol. With love for our home. Our chef, Florian Schweikl, member of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, and the entire kitchen staff know their craft well. They know exactly what our guests value when it comes to cuisine. The four elements – earth, fire, wind and water – as well as the river and the mountains are the key characteristics of every one of our dishes. Individual notes emphasise the main features, just like our Dolomites do… in the middle of a mountain valley with that Mediterranean flair.
