About
The new management of the Focolare was born from the union of two brothers with the desire to create a union of modern cuisine, quality but simple and straightforward. Each dish is studied on raw materials of the highest quality. Ours is a kitchen made of simple recipes, an authentic cuisine with the aim of raising awareness through dishes and recipes to the consumer to taste high quality raw materials. We have created an informal, youthful and dynamic place.
