Welcome to the ArrosticinaroSG. Our company is born from the desire to share the traditional flavors of typical products Abruzzesi and Umbri. Our roasting dishes are prepared according to the ancient rules of the tradition: the cooking is strictly carried out on an abundant charcoal stomach, with meat selected exclusively from pastures over a thousand meters, to obtain a genuine and unique result.
